Prescriptions
If you need a refill on a prescription
supplied by our physicians or nurse practitioners, please contact
your pharmacy and have them request the refill. You should always
allow at least 72 hours notice on all requests. Established
patients may also request refills online any time of day by visiting
our online patient
portal.
If you have not been seen by the physician
in the last 12 months, you will need to be seen in the office again
before the prescription can be refilled.
